Prata Alley serves local south Indian cuisine with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. The concept was born by friends and family whose vision was to provide the neighbourhood with delicious comfort food in a cosy, intimate setting.
The main attraction is modelled after the Sicilian-originated favourite, the “Big One,” features Roti stuffed with pesto chicken, encased with a scoop of mozzarella cheese, shitake mushrooms, capsicums, pineapples and home-made sauce topped with pan-fried chicken pepperoni and fresh basil cooked in olive oil.
In addition, Prata Alley offers a vast array of speciality crafted dishes including Turmeric Rush, Big John just to name a few. While we are known for our Prata, some of our other most popular items include our Briyani, Gorengs, Thosai.
Prata Alley is a cosy, quite contemporary Indian restaurant that serves all the classics alongside plenty of signatures. By putting a new spin onto the age-old prata dish, we created a bevvy of delicious and innovative dishes for all to enjoy.
Prata Alley is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can expect bench-style seating and impeccable service alongside the food. Speaking of, Prata Alley is Muslim-owned and so everything is halal and dishes are made with only the finest ingredients and bags of flair.
